That's so cool! She almost looks like a jedi with that energy sword she's carrying. X3
Anyway, nice job. I really like the orange cloak(it looks so cool!), it matches well with her eyes and helps to break up the background behind her. Other than that, the folds in the clothing make it seem realistic and your colour choice is magnificent as always! Oh, and thanks for that note about the tower in the background. It really does add to the rest of the picture. Good job and keep up the amazing work!

Love the layout, the black boarders and the character being on top of the boarder really brings her out.
It's a simple trick, but a really good one. ;d Speaking of background,
the clouds look really nice too, I like that they are slightly blurry and in a 'fisheye' view.
Brings out the motion. :d

On design terms, the tower is pretty cool,
but I don't think anyone would've been able to tell it was a tower if you hadn't said so.
I don't know why, but something about it seems off about the tower, perhaps it's too thin?
And yet, I still think something should be there in that space,
It's a nice break in the whole picture, and it makes the image much more interesting to look at then if there wasn't anything there.
Anyhow, I guess I'm just trying to say, try doing something else there too?

Last of all, the soft colors/shading is gorgeous.
